Unworn items in original condition, with all tags and the sanitary sticker intact, may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at customercare@francavinka.com to request a return authorization.

A prepaid return label will be provided, and a return shipping & restocking fee will be deducted from your refund:

  • €15 — for EU, Switzerland & UK orders
  • €25 — for US & all other international orders
