Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in Austria.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Europe: 2–5 business days
International: 2-7 business days
How much is shipping?
We offer free express shipping worldwide.
Are duties and taxes included?
Please note that shipping outside of the EU may incur customs charges imposed by the customer’s national tax or customs authorities. Franca Vinka is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may apply to shipments outside the EU.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.
How do I start a return?
Email customercare@francavinka.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the steps.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are not covered by Franca Vinka at this time.
Can I exchange an item?
Due to limited stock, we recommend placing a new order for your preferred size and returning the original piece.

How do I know my size?

Do your swimsuits run true to size?
Yes, our swimwear fits true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Care & Quality
How should I care for my swimsuit?
Rinse after contact with salt water or chlorine
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent
Dry flat in shade, do not tumble dry or wring
Avoid contact with rough surfaces or oils
Where are Franca Vinka pieces made?
Our pieces are ethically crafted in Italy using eco-conscious Italian fabrics.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality, sustainable Italian fabrics designed for long wear, sculptural fit, and resistance to chlorine, sun, and salt.
Packaging & Gifting
How will my order arrive?
Each swimsuit is delivered in an ivory satin Franca Vinka dust bag, ideal for travel or gifting.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All orders arrive beautifully packaged.
