Shipping Information
At Franca Vinka, we offer complimentary worldwide express shipping from our warehouse in Austria. All orders are shipped with trusted courier partners and are fully trackable. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Orders are processed Monday to Friday and typically ship within 1–2 business days from the order date, excluding Austrian public holidays. Deliveries take place Monday through Friday during business hours. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer. To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout, as couriers may not always call prior to delivery. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local customs procedures or courier delays.
Taxes & Duties
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged by local customs authorities upon arrival. Franca Vinka is not responsible for these charges.
Failure of Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient’s absence, the order may be held at a designated location. The courier will provide instructions for arranging collection or redelivery. If delivery remains unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred will not be refunded. If an order is refused upon delivery, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any duties and taxes incurred.

Returns & Exchanges
You may return any item purchased on francavinka.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returns requested beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.
The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For your convenience, we will provide a prepaid return label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. The sanitary sticker must remain on all swimwear for hygiene reasons. Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or scent (e.g., perfume or smoke) will not be accepted.
How to Return
If you would like to return a product, please contact customercare@francavinka.com and include:
Your order number and the email address associated with your order
The item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return
Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and detailed return instructions via email.
Refunds
Returned merchandise will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 business days of receipt, minus the cost of the prepaid return shipping label.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Please note that for orders outside of the EU, duties and taxes are non-refundable, as these charges are collected by local customs authorities and not by Franca Vinka.
Defective or Damaged Items
For defective or damaged items, please contact customercare@francavinka.com to arrange a replacement or refund. In these cases, no return fees will apply.
