Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your item for a refund. Please review the details of our return policy below.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email customercare@francavinka.com to request your prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  • Secure the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and return the item using the provided label.
  • A flat return shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund:
    • €15 for returns from Europe, Switzerland & United Kingdom
    • €25 for returns from the Rest of World
  • We strongly recommend returning your item using the original branded packaging, including the garment bag.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your return. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your provider.

  • Switzerland, UK & All Other Non-EU Orders: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • EU Orders: In accordance with EU consumer law, we will refund the original standard delivery cost (if paid) along with the item price, minus the return shipping & handling fee above.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged items, please contact customercare@francavinka.com to arrange a replacement or refund. These cases will not incur any return fees.

Important Notes

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Items with signs of wear, damage, stains, or scent (e.g., perfume, smoke) will not be accepted.
  • The sanitary sticker must remain on swimwear for hygiene reasons.
